Return & Exchange Policy

We ask that you please thoroughly review the size chart and the information provided for each product before ordering, and contact us with any questions you might have. Although, we understand that sometime items do need to be returned, and if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will welcome returns or exchanges, under these conditions:

     
  1. Item is in its original condition, this means unwashed, unworn, no smells of perfume, food or animal, etc...

  3. Return must be post marked within 14 days of receipt date.

  5. Please include return form. Print form
  6.  
  7. Please insure package with post office. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Please note:
For refunds, you will receive a refund minus the original postage cost, when we receive the returned package. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. However, shipping cost will be reimbursed, if the return is a result of our error (i.e. defective merchandise or wrong item was sent.)

Shipping

Within the Continental U.S.

We ship via USPS Priority, from Manalapan, New Jersey (07726). You will be notified by email when we receive your order and when your order is shipped. Orders are generally shipped out within a 3 day period, in rare cases or special orders, it could take longer, if so we will contact you.

We use a graduated shipping charge, to keep things simple.

For express orders, please contact us before you place your order and we will provide you with shipping cost and ordering information.

Sales Tax

Sorry to New Jersey residents, but Uncle Sam is charging us 7% sales tax.
